    “UNDERGRADUATE ALUMNI REUNION 3” Group Exhibition

    The Department of Art and Craft Education at the Faculty of Education, Trakya University, will organize a meaningful event as part of the 16th International Balkan Education and Science Congress, which will be hosted by the Faculty of Education between October 15-17, 2025. This year marks the third edition of the “UNDERGRADUATE ALUMNI REUNION” group exhibition, where unique artworks created by undergraduates and academic staff of the Department of Art Education will be presented to art enthusiasts. The event aims both to showcase the department’s artistic heritage and creative diversity, and to strengthen the connections between undergraduates and the academic community. The exhibition will feature works from graduates of various periods alongside recent artistic productions by faculty members, establishing an intergenerational dialogue through the language of art. Centered around the unifying power of art, this special event reflects Trakya University’s cultural and artistic vision while also contributing significantly to international cooperation in education and science across the Balkans.

    The upcoming Deans’ Meeting will focus on strengthening the tradition of Balkan Congresses and shaping their sustainable structure. The agenda will be organized as evaluation of the continuity of the Balkan Congresses tradition, proposals for establishing a strong and sustainable organizational framework, identification of priorities and themes for the coming years, determination of the continuity and hosting of the next congresses. Additionally, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Balkan Education Faculties will be initiated under the leadership of Trakia University – Stara Zagora for exchanging of views on the structure, scope, and objectives of the MoU and laying the groundwork for long-term cooperation among Balkan Faculties of Education.
